Bahan:

  • 1 liter kaldu vegetarian
  • 2 buah labu siam, potong kecil panjang
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 1 iris lengkuas
  • 1 sdt gula
  • 5 buah cabe rawit
  • 10 buah tahu goreng, dibelah 2
  • 5 buah lontong
  • 10 buah telur puyuh rebus

Bahan yang dihaluskan:

  • 6 butir bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • ½ sdt ketumbar
  • 3 buah cabe merah
  • 6 butir kemiri
  • Garam secukupnya

Cara:

  1. Rebus kaldu hingga mendidih
  2. Masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, gula pasir, cabai rawit, daun salam, lengkuas
  3. Masukkan labu siam dan tahu goreng dan telur puyuh rebus, aduk perlahan
  4. Masak hingga sayuran matang
  5. Sajikan dengan lontong

Catatan: Apabila suka, sayuran dapat ditambahkan kacang panjang atau buncis

Lontong sayurIngredients:

  • 1 liter of vegetarian broth
  • 2 pieces of chayote , thinly cut
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 1 slice galangale
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 pieces of Chili
  • 10 pieces fried tofu, cut into 2
  • 5 pieces rice cake
  • 10 of egg quail, boiled

Puree Ingredients:

  • 6 red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • 3 pieces red chili
  • 6 pieces of candlenut
  • Salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Boiled the broth to boil
  2. Add in mashed ingredient, sugar, chili and bay leaf, galangale
  3. Add in chayote, fried tofu and eggs , stir gently
  4. Boil until cooked
  5. Serve with rice cake

Note: If you prefer, vegetables can be added long beans or green beans
