Bahan:

  • 500 gr kentang, kukus
  • ¾ sdt garam
  • ½ sdt merica bubuk
  • 2 sdm mentega
  • 1 kuning telur, kocok

Isi:

  • 2 sdm mentega
  • 2 bh bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 500 ml kaldu vegetarian
  • 500 ml susu cair
  • ½ sdt garam
  • 50 gr wortel, potong dadu
  • 100 gr daging vegan
  • 30 gr jamur kuping, iris kecil
  • 50 gr buncis iris kecil
  • 50 gr jagung muda, iris kecil
  • 50 gr soun, rendam dengan air hingga lunak
  • Pala bubuk dan gula secukupnya

Cara:

Lapisan kentang:

  1. Haluskan kentang yang sudah dikukus
  2. Campurkan garam, merica dan mentega
  3. Aduk rata, diamkan selama 10 menit
  4. Tekan-tekan hingga tercampur rata

Isi:

  1. Panaskan mentega dalam wajan
  2. Tumis bawang merah hingga harum
  3. Tuangkan kaldu, susu, garam, pala bubuk dan gula
  4. Masak sambil diaduk sesekali, hingga mendidih
  5. Masukkan wortel, buncis, jagung muda, soun, jamur, aduk hingga rata dan cairan mengental
  6. Angkat dan biarkan agak dingin

Penyelesaian:

  1. Panaskan oven pada 160 derajat Celcius
  2. Tuangkan bahan isi kedalam wajan tahan panas
  3. Tutup dengan kentang, ratakan.
  4. Olesi permukaan dengan kuning telur kocok
  5. Panggang hingga matang (kira-kira 20 menit)
  6. Angkat dan sajikan

Pastel tutupIngredients:

  • 500 gr potatoes, steamed
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten

Contents:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves red onion, thinly sliced
  • vegetarian broth 500 ml
  • 500 ml of liquid milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 50 g carrots, diced
  • 100 g vegan meat
  • 30 grams mushrooms, sliced small
  • 50 grams of nuts a small piece
  • 50 g baby corn, sliced small
  • nutmeg powder and sugar to taste

Steps:

Potato Layer:

  1. Blend the steamed potatoes until smooth
  2. Add salt, pepper and butter into the mixture
  3. Mix well, let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Press repeatedly until the mixture is well blended

Contents:

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet,
  2. Saute onion until the smell is apparent
  3. Pour in the broth, milk, salt powder, nutmeg and sugar
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until boiling
  5. Add in carrots, green beans, baby corn, vermicelli, mushrooms, stirring until smooth and the mixture thickened
  6. Remove and let cool slightly

Completion:

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
  2. Pour contents of skillet to heat
  3. Cover with potatoes, smooth. Brush surface with beaten egg yolk
  4. Bake up until cooked (approximately 20 minutes)
  5. Lift and serve
